PO Deposit

Some business require customers to pay a deposit before processing their order.  Popular MOSES allows you to pay purchase order deposit once a purchase order is created.

1. Main Menu > Accounting > Pay Vendor > PO Deposit;
   
   
2. Click Add New;

3. Select PO and Click Get Purchase Order Details;
   
   
4. Fill in Deposit Information, and then click Continue;
   
   
5. Fill in any additional information, and then click Update;
   
   
   
6. Done.
