Application of Customer Custom Data - Baby Store
- To promote your products strategically, you can use Customer Custom Data.
- A Baby Store, for example, can set up a Customer Custom Data called "Birthday of Baby ".
- Salesclerk can collect the data about birthday of customers' baby either in billing or new customers registration.
- When system have mass of data, user can export customer data to Excel file for analysis.
- To target potential customers, user can create different promotion plan based on different groups of baby birthday, and then sending promotion email to different groups of customers.

1. At the beginning. please enquire us to set up a new Customer Custom Data, e.g. In this case, we will set up a Customer Custom Data field called "Birthday of Baby".
2. After set up new Customer Custom Data "Birthday of Baby", there is a new optional field "Birthday of Baby in both MOSES Net and POS.

3. User can edit Customer Custom Data of current customer in either MOSES ERP or POS.

4. In Main Menu > Cust/Vendor > Biz Partner > Export Customers, you can export customer data for analysis.
