Cost Center

Cost Center are used to classify income and expenses.



Cost centers are traditionally used to classify expenses (and income) of a company to different projects or sales teams or departments.

Code of the cost center

Owner

Optional owner of the cost center

Effective from

The date when the cost center is effective

Effective to

The end date of the effectiveness of the cost center

Remark

Remark of the cost center

Record is disabled

Cost center is disabled if checked

Authorized users

This will be used for future functions.  It has no practical functions in this version.


Creating a New Cost Center

  1. Main Menu > Accounting > Settings > Cost Center;

  2. Click Add New;

  3. Fill in information;

  4. Click Continue;

  5. Click Update;

  6. Done.
