Adjust stock import is used when you wish to adjust a large number of items. This is done using an excel spreadsheet.

The account to credit or debit

Cost Centre

Cost Centre of adjust stock record

Add/deduct stock from warehouse

Add/deduct stock from this warehouse

Select Spreadsheet for Importing

Spreadsheet for importing


  1. Main Menu > Logistic > Inventory > Adjust Stock Import;



  1. Download empty spreadsheet;

  2. Fill in Spreadsheet;



  1. Fill in information;



  1. Upload Spreadsheet;

  2. Click Import this Stock adjustment Spreadsheet;

  3. Click Save;

  4. Click Approve record;

  5. Done.
