Journal Import

You can use journal import function to import the journals by once.

Trx Date

The transaction date of the journal

Remark

Remark for the record

Currency

The currency of the journal

Select Spreadsheet for Importing

The spreadsheet for importing

A. Import Single Journal

  1. Menu > Accounting > General Ledger > Journal Import;

  2. Fill in information and select journal spreadsheet you wish to import;

  3. Click Import this Journal Spreadsheet;

  4. Done.


B. Import Multiple Journals

  1. Main Menu > Accounting > General Ledger > Journal

  2. Click Multi Journal;

  3. Click and download journal spreadsheet;

  4. In the spreadsheet number the different journal entries;



  1. Fill in information and select spreadsheet file;

  2. Click Import this Journal Spreadsheet;

  3. Done.
